Beauceron Puppies for Sale & Litter Announcements

2024 Litters

"B" Litter (Nela X Toro)- 02/2024

We are SO excited to announce Nela and Toro (Farrell Warrior Soul) welcomed 7 puppies to the world 02/16/24! Toro is a dog I have personally had my eye on for a very long time. Not only is he a beautiful physical example of the breed- offering heavier bone, substance, and coat where Nela lacks- he is a lovely working dog with the pedigree to back it up! Toro, like Nela, boasts a pedigree full of impressive French Ring and IGP dogs. These puppies are 100% working lines- I expect their drive, energy, and temperament to reflect that! My hope is that these puppies will be highly driven, athletic, forward, stable dogs with strong gripping genetics, a serious desire to work, and (most importantly) that big, lovable, silly Beauceron personality. We expect these puppies to thrive in active, competitive, sport/working homes! All 7 puppies are currently reserved, however we aways welcome new applicants to be added to our waitlist.

Buttercup *Available*

Buttercup came out and surprised us all at around 9-10 weeks old! She has always been a  sweet, handler oriented puppy from day one, but at a little over two months old she decided she’s ready to party so we decided to hang onto her for further evaluation! She has tons of drive across the board and plenty of energy to make use of it. She is our most prey driven puppy in this litter and for that reason it would be my dream to see her in a non-competitive French Ring home to evaluate where that prey drive ends up with maturity and proper cultivation. That being said, I could see this girl excelling in any sport that challenges her mentally and allows her to get her zoomies out on a regular basis. IGP, Agility, AKC Obedience, and other AKC sports could be right up her ally! Buttercup is a huge cuddle bug, however she needs more help settling in the house. I would love to see this girl stay close to home (California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington) in a Co-Own situation, but that is by no means a requirement!

Blossom *Available*

Blossom is a Spicy Girl and that’s all there is to it! Blossom is a very dominant, driven, and energetic puppy and my IGP helpers favorite of the bunch. She has what I would consider to be average prey drive for a beauceron but she more than makes up for it in attitude. She is bold, self assured, strong in character, and more independent than most beaucerons. Though independent, she still shows affection and has tons of personality. Blossom will provide lots of love and laughs to the right home. She settles well in the home with the proper tools in place for a working bred 5 month old puppy. My IGP Helper and I think she has what it takes to be a very impressive IGP Beauceron and she will need a strong handler. Initially I held her back to keep for myself, however, Ive decided I’m not quite ready for another sport prospect and want to take more time enjoy my Mondioring Competition dog, Goose, and our up and coming herding dog, Arwen. I would LOVE to see Blossom placed locally (SoCal) in a co-own so she can continue working with my IGP club, but to go to a more all around, capable, experienced sport home further away would be a close second!

2023 Litters

"A" Litter (Ozark X Nela)- 07/16/2023

We are so thrilled to announce the arrival of this, our first, beauceron litter!

Nela (Mom) is an exceptionally confident and driven beauceron, while Ozark is very balanced and correct. Both are highly trainable, social, athletic dogs who are an absolute joy to work and live with! I’m hopeful that these puppies will be very sporty, biddable, and handler oriented; ideal for the active owner who enjoys training and dabbling in a variety of sports. I’m optimistic that this combination will produce very capable companions with social, stable dispositions and drives and energy that is easily channeled and managed.

8 puppies were born July 15, 2023- 3 Females (2 Harlequin, 1 Black and Rust) and 5 Males (2 Harlequin, 3 Black and Rust)!

We are excitedly watching these dogs thrive in Agility, Dock diving, Rally,  as demo dogs, and adventure partners!

Kal *Available*

Kal is a 1 year old Black and rust male beauceron from our first litter! He came back to us due to his owner facing unexpected health issues. We’ve had him for about 2 months now and he is everything we hoped for from our first litter; Sporty, confident, balanced, and beautiful. After taking time to evaluate Kal I feel comfortable pursuing placement for him. Kal is a driven, athletic, and pushy beauceron. He takes pressure well, loves to test boundaries, and without question wants a job. We have done a few bitework sessions and I do believe he shows some potential there; I would love to see how he progresses in that! (with the usual disclaimer that beaucerons are not the ideal choice for protection sports and even promising ones face a career long uphill battle) That being said he would also thrive, and could be competitive, in a variety of other sports from dock diving (he LOVES water) to agility to AKC Obedience. please reach out for more info!

What to Expect when You're Expecting...

Our “About Beaucerons” page should give you some insight to what you can expect your Beauceron to be like. Here I will outline what you can expect from ME as your puppy’s breeder AND my expectations for you as a puppy buyer!

What You can Expect from the Breeder

Health

My females live a healthy lifestyle from day one. They are appropriately active and fed a blend of raw food and top of the line kibble throughout their life and during pregnancy. During their time with us your puppy will:

  • Eat the same diet as mom
  • Be raised on good footing to promote ideal orthopedic development
  • Receive their first round of vaccines
  • Receive an official certificate of health by a licensed veterinarian
  • Be microchipped
  • And, If you choose, your puppys ears will be cropped by our licensed vet who specializes in cropping.

Additionally, your puppy will go home with a starter health insurance plan via Trupanion!

More regarding Ear Cropping

It is entirely up to you wether your puppy’s ears are cropped or left natural, I support your decision no matter what! Should you chose to have your puppy cropped, that will be done with my trusted cropping vet. My vet and I will ensure your puppy’s crop is the appropriate width and length for the breed and your puppy’s head. There are 2 acceptable crop styles for the beauceron; Rustic and Elegant. I will help you understand both styles and make my recommendation, but I leave the final style decision in your hands!

Going Home

First things first, I do not operate my kennel in a “first come – first pick” basis. I pick the appropriate home for all of my puppies. I take all of your preferences and everything you have expressed wanting and pair you with whichever puppy fits that description best! If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to bring home the puppy that I feel suits you best, you may wait for the next litter!

All Puppies are AKC registered. Puppies with distinct faults will be placed on “limited registration”. Limited registered  puppies cannot be shown in conformation, nor are they allowed to be bred. In the event breeding does occur, the resulting offspring cannot be registered. Certain puppies of particular interest to me and my kennel may be placed on co-ownership. Most co-ownerships are temporary and terms are made on an individual basis. This allows me to utilize certain puppies for the betterment of my program without holding them back. The price of co-owned puppies will reflect my kennels benefit from the partnership, additionally, co-owning a puppy comes with perks for the puppy’s owner. In the event we are unable to come to a co-ownership agreement, then you may opt out on that puppy and wait until the next litter. Note: in most cases I will request protection sport prospects be placed on Co-ownerships.

Cost

  • Total cost: $3,500
  • The cost to reserve a puppy, “The Retainer”: $1000 paid between 14 and 28 days from the birth of the litter and applied to the total cost of your puppy. The retainer is non-refundable but can be applied to future litters.
  • Final Balance: $2,500 due at 7 weeks of age
  • Ear cropping is done at no additional cost
  • Co-owned puppies will have a lesser cost based on the individual situation
  • If you would like to receive your puppy trained on and off leash, there will be additional cost. Just reach out for more info after submitting your application! (Note: additional training means your puppy will need to stay with us a bit longer)

What the Breeder Expects of You

Other than you loving your puppy and providing for them the best care you have to offer, I really don’t ask much! The main things I expect from puppy buyers are that they:

  • Sign my contract which we will work together to customize to your specific needs/ desires
  • Share updates here and there
  • Commit to posting their puppy’s cropped ears until they are STANDING PROPERLY no matter how long that may take.
  • And give me the opportunity to buy the puppy back, no matter age nor condition, in the event they no longer wish or are able to care for them

Outside of those few things all I can ask of any of my puppy buyers is that they give their puppy the best shot at meeting their full potential and having a fulfilled life! As much as it is my goal to breed superb working partners, dogs are mans best friend first and my hope is that you two become great partners in any and all aspects of life.
